Fort Randall Casino is thrilled to re-open and welcome you back!  Our re-opening depends on everyone working together to ensure a safe environment for all.  Please adhere to the changes to the gaming floor to help keep yourselves, your fellow players, and our employees safe.

On the part of the casino, all staff will be required to wear a face mask.  Temperature checks will be required before clocking in.  Cleaning will be conducted on all surfaces including all machines, chairs, and highly touched surfaces.  All staff have undergone Covid-19 training before returning back to work and have taken Covid-19 pre-screening.

On the part of our guests, guests will be required to wear a mask, have a valid ID, and check-in with the Players Club.  Temperature checks will be required before coming on to the gaming floor.  A temperature of 100.4 or higher will require a second reading.  If the second temperature reads the same, entrance will be denied.

Please use hand sanitizer.  Additional hand sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the gaming floor.  Do not shake hands or touch other guests.

Cover your cough and wash your hands.

​

And practice social distancing.  We have placed social distancing markers throughout the gaming floor.

​

Guests may remove masks to smoke or drink.  But, the mask must be placed back on directly after.

​

Fort Randall has also reduced operating hours from 10 in the morning to Midnight.  Also, some of the areas of the casino will remain closed until further notice.

All of the self-serve stations (Soda & Coffee area and Cigarette machine) will be closed.  So, please see the cocktail staff for drinks or cigarettes.

The Restaurant will be curbside only.

​

There will also be no loitering.  Those not gambling will be asked to leave.

​

Finally, to support social distancing, we have reduced operating capacity to 50 percent.  And we will be utilizing social distancing software on the gaming floor.
